Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Food Prep, Cooking & Line Service: Assist with any assigned prep tasks. Cook and plate assigned menu items quickly and accurately. Maintain knowledge of allergens.
Health & Food Safety: Follow food safety guidelines, monitor temperatures, and store ingredients properly.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep station clean while working and complete shift breakdown duties, along with other assigned cleaning tasks.
Communication & Inventory: Communicate ticket status clearly and keep track of station stock.
